USA customers

Following the changes implemented by the postal service in August 2025, which prohibited the shipment of goods, we continued sending envelopes labeled as “documents” without any issues with U.S. customs—until recently. Unfortunately, some of our latest shipments were rejected, and a few orders were denied importation.

I am introducing a new shipping method from Spain, where items can be properly declared as goods and tariffs prepaid, and I will be assessing if this is the most effective long-term solution.

Where are you located?

Our stickers are manufactured at Pink Paw Studio office in Braga, Portugal. All orders are handmade: printed and cut in-house, packed and shipped from here.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship from Portugal via CTT (local mail office). 
We aim to package and ship sticker orders within 3-7 working days, however please check the announcement bar at the top of the home page for an estimate of our current processing times.

Estimated delivery times after processing time is as follow:
Portugal:
Standard shipping (untracked) 3-5 business days
Standard tracked: 1-3 business day
Package: 3-5 business days

Europe:
Standard shipping (untracked) 5-7 business days
Standard tracked: 3-5 business day
Package: 5-7 business days

Rest of the World:
Standard shipping (untracked) 5-14 business days
Standard tracked: 5-10 business day
Package:5-10 business days

Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!  
The customer is responsible for paying for any customs charges that may occur at the destination country.

These shipping times are overestimated guidelines, however if you haven't received your order after 4 weeks, please contact us at hello@pinkpawstudio.com with your order number.
